She holds a degree in Industrial Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. As Operations Manager at CEMI, Cilene plays a key role in overseeing organizational operations, optimizing administrative processes, and supporting the effective implementation of corporate initiatives. Her expertise includes operational planning, resource management, corporate governance support, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement. With an international professional background and a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset, Cilene focuses on strengthening organizational efficiency, improving internal workflows, and fostering collaboration across teams to support CEMI’s mission of advancing innovation in the mining industry.
