Tammy Eger

Tammy Eger is a Full Professor at Laurentian University in the School of Human Kinetics and Research Chair in Occupational Health and Safety with the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (www.crosh.ca). Her research interests focus around the application of ergonomic and human factors principles in industry.
She is an author of over 45 journal papers and 100 conference abstracts. She has received over 4 million dollars in research funding as a principal and co-investigator from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, Canadian Foundation for Innovation, the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Prior to joining Laurentian University, Tammy worked as an Ergonomist with the Mines and Aggregates Safety and Health Association (now Workplace Safety North), and the Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers.
