"58th Canadian Mineral Processors Conference: January 20-22, 2026\nGeneral Information\nThe 58th Annual Canadian Mineral Processors Conference will be held in Ottawa at the Westin Hotel January 20-22, 2026 in the Confederation Ballrooms (4th Floor). The conference will feature presentations on various aspects of mineral processing which will include: comminution, flotation, gold and iron ore processing, mineralogy, mill optimization, and process control. Please see the technical program on the CMP website.\n\nEvent Sponsorship\nCMP is offering tiered sponsorship for the conference this year, with the following levels (full details on the CMP website):\n\nStudent Sponsor: $2,500 (single student sponsorship)\nCommunity Sponsor: $7,500\nPremium Sponsor: $12,500\nLeader Sponsor: $18,000\nIn addition to the above tiers, there are targeted sponsorship opportunities:\n\nPhotobooth: $5,000\nStudent Mixer: $7,500\nPost-Gala Reception: $10,000\nPre-Panel Reception: $2,500\nAccommodations\nA special rate of $251 (standard/premium) and $301 (deluxe) which includes complementary internet has been negotiated at the Westin Hotel (reference the Canadian Mineral Processors Conference). The Westin Hotel will only guarantee these rooms until January 5, 2026. Our hotel block is often sold out in early December, so please book your room early to avoid disappointment. You can make your hotel reservations on-line through the conference hotel link: Book your group rate for the Canadian Mineral Processors Conference.\n\nRegistration\nThe early registration fee for this year’s meeting is $1,000 for CIM/AIME/TMS members, and $1,215 for non-members (not including tax). The non-member rate includes a one-year membership with CIM. Registration includes the three-day meeting, coffee breaks, the Tuesday and Wednesday luncheons and evening social receptions, the Wednesday reception and awards banquet, as well as a copy of the proceedings. Conference registration and attendance at social events should be indicated when registering on-line.\n\nDelegates can complete their self-registration at the Conference Registration Desk, 4th Floor, Westin Hotel, Monday between 14:00 and 20:00 and during the conference each day between 7:00 to 16:00 (Tuesday and Wednesday), and 7:00 to 12:00 on Thursday. New registrations will be taken during these times.\n\nNote: Early registration ends on December 21, 2025; after this date, registration fees will increase. Cancellations received on or before January 9, 2026, are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% on the total purchase price.
